Multiple award winner Dimitris Dekavallas has already established himself as one of the most talented classical flamenco guitarists of his age. Since graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in London in 2007, he has given recitals and has toured throughout the UK, USA, Germany, United Arab Emirates, China, Spain, Italy, Romania, Greece, Egypt, Portugal, Japan, Mexico, Chile and more. He has been invited as a soloist and has given master-classes in many International music festivals such as the Abu Dhabi International Music and Arts Festival, North Wales International Music Festival, Ripon International Music Festival, London International Guitar Festival and many others. He has given solo recitals in many prestigious concert halls such as the Wigmore Hall, the Wales Millenium Centre, the Southbank Centre. Most recently Dimitris gave a private recital at Lambeth Palace for the Pope Benedict XVI and the Archibishop of Canterbury. Dimitris performs light background or solo classical flamenco guitar for events in the UK and internationally.
