Created by Young Guns, Escala is an all female electric string quartet fusing contemporary sounds with classical instruments. Marking a break from tradition, the ex-scholars from London’s most prestigious music colleges caused a sensation in the final of TV reality show Britain’s Got Talent in 2008, with their dynamic sound merging classical, pop and rock influences. Escala have since received worldwide acclaim after being snapped up by music mogul, Simon Cowell, and his Syco Entertainment. As highly trained, professional classical performers, the quartet is perfect for high profile and glamorous events both in the UK and internationally.
