Methods of Movement has been breakdancing professionally since 2003 as well as making a big impact on the related UK competitive arena. Joe from Methods of Movement is part of a worldwide breakdance crew called “Flava Squad” who have represented the UK in Las Vegas at the “World Hip-Hop Breakdance Championships” after winning the UK qualifiers. Methods of Movement have a background of ten years gymnastics, seven of which he was a member of the Great Britain Team. His other skills include tricking, free running, stunts, acting, modelling, performance poetry and kick boxing. Methods of Movement’s experience includes theatre, live shows, TV and film work, music videos, nightclub performances, corporate events, photo shoots and private party bookings.
